Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Ji bilkul, mama. COD is available across Pakistan — pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Just keep the exact amount ready.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–4 working days for major cities, a little longer for smaller towns. We dispatch within 1–2 working days and send you a tracking link.

How do I order?

Add to cart and checkout on the site — or message us on WhatsApp with the item and your address, and we'll place it for you.

Do you confirm orders before shipping?

Yes — every order gets a quick WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. It keeps COD reliable and makes sure your address is right.

Are the products safe for newborns?

We sample-check everything. Silicone items are food-grade and BPA-free; cottons are soft and pre-washed where noted. They're everyday baby essentials — not medical products — so please supervise use.

Can I return something?

Unused items in original packaging within 7 days — yes. For hygiene, used feeding and bath items (bibs, spoons, towels, brushes, nail kits, teethers, pacifier clips) and personalised items can't be returned. Damaged-on-arrival is always covered.

Can I get a gift hamper in a specific colour or add a note?

Yes — the Newborn Mubarak Hamper comes in Boy / Girl / Neutral, and every hamper includes a handwritten card. Want a custom message? Tell us in the checkout notes or on WhatsApp.

Do you do bulk or baby-shower orders?

We'd love to — message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.
