GoluMolu — Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, mama. Here's exactly how it works — no surprises.

Where we deliver

Nationwide — all major cities and most towns served by our courier partners [Leopards]. If your area is remote, we'll message you on WhatsApp before dispatch to confirm.

Delivery time

  • Orders dispatched within [1–2] working days of confirmation.
  • Delivery in [2–4] working days for major cities; [4–6] for smaller towns.
  • We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery charges

  • Flat delivery fee of PKR [200] per order, OR
  • Free delivery on orders over PKR [3,000]. (Set whichever you choose — keep it consistent with the theme announcement bar.)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available everywhere we ship. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment needed. Please keep the exact amount ready to make handover easy for the rider.

Order confirmation & tracking

  • Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch (this keeps COD reliable for everyone).
  • Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number and link.
  • Parcels are attempted up to [2] times. If we can't reach you after [2] attempts and a WhatsApp follow-up, the order is returned and cancelled.
